INTO Templates is a feature designed to help you refine your communication by creating and testing multiple template options for key interactions like first inquiries and orphan night offers. It’s all about experimenting, testing, and perfecting your messaging to reflect your unique brand voice.


Configure the first time inquiry:

To Configure First inquiry template on into customer portal follow these steps :

  1. Log in to your INTO account.
  1. Navigate to AI > Messages Template
  1. On the First inquiry template tab Click on select template
  1. Choose from the existing templates or create a new template
  1. Edit directly the template based on your tone
  1. Click on create template to save the new template

Configure orphan nights:

To Configure orphan nights template on into customer portal follow these steps :

  1. Navigate to Revenue Boosters > Orphan Nights.
  1. Click on select template
  1. Choose from the existing templates or create a new template
  1. Click on create template to save the new template
