Monitor the Guest reviews Agent:
To Monitor the the Guest reviews Agent on into customer portal follow these steps :
- Log in to your INTO account, and navigate to AI > Messages Signature

- Filter by rating, channel, status (sent or pending)

- Click the Send Reply button to send the reviews directly.


- Click on the listing nickname or directly on the reply text to edit or rephrase the reply.


- Click General Details to view listing information and additional property insights.

- Click on the Reservation Details section to view stay information, including guest name, check-in/check-out dates, and property name.

- Click on the Conversation tab to view the conversation highlights and summary.
