In your Guesty Inbox, you'll find the green INTO Compose button. This handy tool offers a wealth of features like AI Suggest Mode, AI Draft Mode, and more, all aimed at boosting your team's performance and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Let’s begin with Suggest Mode: When you receive a guest message in your Guesty inbox, leave the text box empty and click the Compose button. INTO AI will instantly generate a tailored response in the guest's preferred language, drawing on your INTO knowledge base. This includes detailed listing information, saved replies, custom fields, enriched data, reservation details, and conversation history. Once the AI-generated response is ready, you can review it, make any necessary edits, and hit 'Send'—it's that simple!
With Suggest Mode, you'll boost efficiency as the AI continuously learns and adapts to your interactions, delivering faster, more precise responses and reducing both your response and resolution times, all while consistently enhancing the guest experience!
- When there is a message from a guest, click the "Compose" button
- Review and adjust the suggested message to your preference, then send it
