Congratulations on setting up your account! You now have access to Account Rules, a powerful way to control how your AI behaves for your specific business needs.

Account Rules allow you to define clear instructions for your AI — ensuring responses stay aligned with your brand voice, internal policies, and operational requirements. With Account Rules, you can customize AI behavior without technical setup or engineering support.

Configure the first time inquiry:

To Configure First inquiry template on into customer portal follow these steps :

  1. Navigate to Guest Service Agent > Rules
  1. Tab on the pencil icon to edit a by default rule
  1. Disable and Pause a rule  
  1. Enable and Resume a rule  
  1. Click on add rule button to Add a custom Rule
