Configure Human-in-the-Loop notifications

The Human-in-the-Loop Feature (HITL) ensures that every guest interaction is handled with care. It monitors conversations between Guests and your AI, allowing human intervention when necessary. This feature keeps guest communication efficient, accurate, and on-brand — while maintaining full human oversight.

The HITL  bridges the gap between automation and human control.

While your Autopilot handles routine guest messages, the HITL  continuously monitors ongoing chats, detects when intervention might be required, and enables your team to jump in instantly, ensuring faster resolutions for complex or sensitive requests, Safer and more personalized guest experiences and reliable follow-ups for pending or missed actions

Accessing the HITL Agent

To begin:

  1. Go to the Human-in-the-Loop section in your dashboard.
  1. To read more about the notification categories and types click on the link at the top
  1. Select  the notification type you want to activate
  1. Select which channels you want to activate either By Email
  1. Your Human-in-the-Loop Agent will now begin monitoring conversations based on your preferences.
