Whether you've generated a message using the INTO AI Compose Button or Copilot, or manually typed a message in the Guesty inbox, simply click on the Compose menu (the down arrow in the Compose button) and select 'Rephrase'. INTO will instantly replace your text with a polished alternative.
You can use the Rephrase feature as many times as you’d like, generating new variations with each click. This gives you the flexibility to experiment with different wording until you find the perfect version that best conveys your message.
By keeping the original structure intact, Rephrase ensures that your communication remains coherent while introducing fresh language and style to elevate the clarity and impact of your message.
