Guided walkthrough

Tailoring your messages to match the tone and context of your guest interactions is crucial for effective communication. INTO Agent Assist offers a variety of tone options that allow you to easily adjust the style of your messages.

Once a message is generated using INTO, you can refine its tone by clicking on the Compose menu (the down arrow in the Compose button), selecting Tone, and then choosing from the following options:

  • Less Apologetic: Confident and direct, minimizing unnecessary apologies.
  • Assertive: Firm and professional, clearly expressing your point of view.
  • Casual: Relaxed and conversational, offering an informal yet polite tone.
  • Formal: Structured and polished, perfect for more professional communications.
  • Friendly: Warm and approachable, creating a personable interaction.
  • Funny: Light-hearted and humorous, adding a touch of levity to the conversation.

This feature leverages AI to instantly apply your selected tone to the message in the Guesty text box, generating a new version that reflects the chosen style. This allows you to quickly and efficiently tailor your communication, ensuring that your messages align with both your brand and the specific context of the guest interaction.


  1. After you create your message click on the dropdown on the compose button
  1. Select change tone at the top of the dropdown and select how the tone of the response
