When you have an idea and want the AI to enhance or complete it, simply type your message and hit Compose. The AI will take your input and generate a more polished and refined response.
This feature works by allowing you to enter key points that you want to be included in the message. After pressing Compose, the AI will handle the formalities, presenting your points in a clear and professional manner.
For instance, if you type “no pets” and hit Compose, the AI will generate a more courteous response, such as: “Hi, unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions or need further assistance.”
This functionality is especially useful in situations like “Send ID,” “Pool out of service,” or other cases where human input needs to be combined with the AI’s speed, efficiency, and professionalism.
In addition to, the Suggest and Drafts mode, Agent Assist feature offers an expanded menu with several useful tools to improve your message, including:
- Change Tone: Select from various tones to suit any situation.
- Translate: Available in English, French, German, Italian, Mexican Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Chinese (Simplified), and Japanese.
- Fix Spelling and Grammar: Automatically corrects errors in your text.
- Rephrase: Provides alternative wording for your message.
- Make Shorter/Make Longer: Adjusts the length of your text for different needs.
