Guided walkthrough
The Data Enrichment feature captures useful, non-temporary information from agent replies so your knowledge base stays current and your automation improves — all while preserving review and approval controls.
This guide walks you through where to find Manual Data Enrichment in the inbox, how the detection and review flow works, approving or editing detected items, and how admins control permissions and category filters.
Adding Data Enrichment
To begin:
- When an agent reply is sent, look for the short status indicator near the message: “Analyzing for useful data…” — this shows the detection engine is running.

- If the system finds relevant data, a Data Review pop-up appears inside the inbox showing the detected fields and values.

- To accept a detected data as-is, click Approve or To correct or refine the information before saving, click Edit, make your changes inline, then click Approve.

How Approval Works
- Agent-approved items are sent as a pending enrichment request and require a manager to review and confirm before being added.
