That’s where our Confidence Score Integration comes in. We’ve implemented the Confidence Score in two key areas: the Playground, where users can review AI responses with detailed insights such as reasoning and accuracy, and Autopilot Monitoring, where every automated response is paired with a visual representation of its confidence score. This ensures you can track and trust the AI's performance across your workflows, boosting user confidence and decision-making.
