1. Login with your Email:
Access your account instantly using your existing credentials — no new account needed.
- Open the Into Mobile App

- Enter your email address

- Receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via email.

- You’re now logged in and directed to your Inbox.

2. Inbox & Messaging:
All your guest conversations are in one place. Send and receive messages quickly and efficiently.
- Open the Inbox tab and view the list of recent conversations.

- Tap any conversation to open the chat.

- Type a reply or use Compose for more assistance.

3. INTO Autopilot, Copilot & Summarize
Use AI-powered tools to speed up communication and maintain high-quality interactions with guests.
- Review or edit the Copilot Answers.

- let Autopilot take the lead on the replying guest inquiries .

- Summarize the full conversation with a single click

4. Access Listing Details
View property, guest, and reservation details without leaving the chat.
- Tap the Listing Info tab.

- Access information about : Property details, Guest profile, Reservation dates and notes
