Step-by-step setup

1) Create an INTO account

Go to the sign-up link, enter company details, and confirm your admin email. Creating the account is the first required step before connecting to Guesty. For detailed steps (screens and video), see Create an INTO account.

2) Connect to Guesty

Grant INTO read access to listings, reservations, messages, and custom fields. This connection is what lets INTO use real listing details and booking data to generate accurate replies. 3) Install the Chrome extension

Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store and log in. The extension places INTO directly inside your Guesty inbox so suggestions and Copilot appear where agents already work. Follow the install walkthrough for video guidance.

4) Invite teammates and set preferences

Invite agents and managers, then set signature preferences and default tone for replies. Small choices here (formal vs conversational, whether to include upsell suggestions) shape every suggested reply.

5) Test the agent in the Playground

Use the Playground to ask questions about a listing and review suggested replies. Tweak saved replies and custom fields until the AI’s tone and accuracy match your team’s standards.

First-day checklist (what to review)

  • Sampling: ask the Playground three guest questions per active listing and verify correctness.
  • Saved replies: update company-specific texts (parking, check-in times, cancellation rules).
  • Autopilot rules: set confidence thresholds and categories you want Autopilot to handle automatically. (We recommend starting conservatively, then expanding.)

Troubleshooting

  • I can’t see suggested replies: verify the Chrome extension is installed and you’re logged into the same INTO account as your Guesty session.
  • Answers contain incorrect listing details: check that your Guesty listing data and custom fields are accurate; INTO uses that data to craft replies.
