INTO connects to Guesty with a Chrome extension. Your agents work inside the inbox they already use. They get smart reply suggestions from AI trained on your listings, policies, and past conversations. Managers control the setup from a web portal.

How it helps your team
Agents install the extension and get instant help with every message. AI reads the full thread and suggests replies. Agents review, edit if needed, and send. They can also translate messages, adjust tone, fix grammar, and summarize long threads in one click.
Managers set up the Knowledge Base, configure automation rules, and monitor results. You decide which message types get automated and which need human review. The portal shows response times, automation rates, and revenue from orphan night offers.
Two ways to use INTO
Copilot mode: AI suggests replies. Agents review and send. This is the safest starting point and works for all message types.
Autopilot mode: AI sends replies automatically when confidence is high. Use this for common questions like check in times, amenity details, and booking confirmations.
Most teams start with Copilot. Once they trust the replies, they turn on Autopilot for high confidence categories.
Pick your path
Your next step depends on your role.
If you're an agent, you need the Chrome extension. That's it. Install it, sign in to Guesty, and you'll see Copilot appear in your inbox. No separate account required.
If you're a manager or admin, you'll set up the connection to Guesty, invite your team, configure the Knowledge Base, and test replies before going live. This takes 15 to 30 minutes.
What happens after setup
Once INTO connects to Guesty, it syncs your listings, reservations, custom fields, and saved replies. This builds your Knowledge Base. The sync can take a few minutes to a few hours depending on how many listings you manage.
While that runs, you can invite agents, set your message signature, and test replies in the Playground. The Playground lets you ask questions against any listing to see how INTO responds before guests see anything.
Common first questions
Do agents need a separate account? No. Agents only need the Chrome extension. They sign in through Guesty.
Can I control which messages get automated? Yes. You choose categories and set confidence thresholds in the portal.
What if the reply is wrong? Agents can edit any reply before sending. You can also flag incorrect responses so the system learns.
Does this work on mobile? Yes. Agents can use Copilot on mobile browsers and tablets.
