Update billing details and download invoices

Managing your billing information is now more straightforward with INTO. This feature simplifies handling your billing details, allowing you to update payment methods, change plans, and view your billing history—all in one place.
To start, connect to your INTO account via this link https://str.weareinto.ai/ and navigate to Settings > Billing. From there, you can click 'Update Payment Method' to enter new payment details.
You can also change your subscription by clicking 'Change Plan,' which redirects you to the Plans page where you can upgrade to the Pro plan or downgrade to the Free plan.
To access your billing history, visit the History section to view details such as date, amount, invoice number, and status. For record-keeping, click 'Download PDF' to save a copy of any invoice.
Access billing and plans
- Log in to your INTO account.
- Navigate to Settings > Billing

1. Click on ‘’update payment method’’ button
2. Add a new card and click on ‘’Add’’
