Agents do not need a separate INTO account. They install the Chrome extension, log in to Guesty, and start working faster.
Why invite agents
Your team can reply to guests faster and more accurately. The INTO extension works inside the Guesty inbox. Agents get AI suggestions, translation, tone shifts, and grammar fixes without switching tools.
Once installed, agents service guests in any language. They have full access to INTO features without portal access.
Where to find the invite link
The invite link lives in 2 places.
First, it appears on your dashboard after you log in. Copy it and send it to your team.

Second, find it anytime in Settings > Team Members. Click the invite button at the top of the user list.

How to share the link
Send the link through your normal channels. Email works. Slack works. Teams, WhatsApp, or SMS all work fine.
When agents click the link, they land on a page with install instructions. The extension installs in under 3 minutes.

What happens after install
Agents open Chrome and go to their Guesty inbox. The INTO extension appears automatically in the sidebar.
They log in with the email synced from Guesty. No password needed on first login.
The extension activates immediately. Agents see Copilot suggestions, quick actions, and all INTO tools.
First login checklist
Walk agents through these steps on their first session:
- Open a test conversation in Guesty
- Look for the INTO panel on the right side
- Click Suggest to see a draft reply
- Edit the draft if needed
- Send the message
This confirms the extension works correctly.
Troubleshooting common issues
Extension not showing up: Check that the agent logged in to the correct Guesty account. The email must match the one synced from Guesty.
No suggestions appearing: Verify the extension is active. Click the INTO icon in the Chrome toolbar to confirm login status.
Login fails: Confirm the agent exists in your Guesty user list. INTO syncs users from Guesty every 24 hours. If you just added them, wait or click Sync from Guesty in Settings > Team Members.
