2. INTO takes it from thereWe handle the conversation, demos, trial, onboarding, and ongoing support. You stay out of the middle unless you want to be involved.
3. If they become a customer, we thank you behind the scenesWhen a trial turns into a paid subscription, we privately acknowledge the trusted connection you made.
When an introduction you make becomes a paying customer, INTO shares 10 percent of that customer’s subscription revenue for the first 12 months.This is our way of showing appreciation for trusted introductions. It is not something you need to explain, disclose, or bring up with the person you introduce.Key points, plainly stated:
• Revenue sharing starts after the free trial converts to a paid subscription
• It applies to all plans and tiers the customer purchases during those 12 months
• If they upgrade, the shared amount increases automatically
This program adjusts automatically and fairly.
• Upgrades
If the customer upgrades their plan, the monthly amount adjusts upward.
• Downgrades or pauses
If they downgrade or pause, the shared amount adjusts downward for that period.
• Cancellations
If the customer stops paying, the revenue share stops at the same time.
• End of term
Revenue sharing ends after 12 months or when the customer stops paying, whichever comes first.There is no manual tracking required on your side.
