Common questions for agents

Where do I see INTO?Only in Guesty. Open any conversation with a guest message and Copilot appears at the bottom of the screen.

Do I need a separate login?No. Once the extension is installed, you use your Guesty credentials.

Can I turn Copilot off?Yes. Click the arrow beside Compose in Guesty, hover over INTO Settings, and toggle Copilot.

What if the suggestion is wrong?Edit the text before you send. You control every message.

I'm a Manager

You use INTO for Guesty in your inbox and the INTO portal to configure AI, manage the team, and track results.

Common questions for managers

Can I use INTO without the extension?The portal works without the extension, but you need the extension installed to use INTO in Guesty.

Can I still reply to guests?Yes. Managers have all agent tools in the inbox, plus portal access.

How do I promote someone to manager?Log in to the portal, go to Settings > Team Members, select the user, switch their role to Manager, and confirm.

Where do I configure Autopilot?Portal > AI > Autopilot. You can turn it on per listing and monitor all auto sent messages.

What happens if I leave a role empty in the team list?INTO syncs with Guesty automatically. If a user is removed in Guesty, they lose access within 24 hours.

Still not sure?

Most teams start with 1 or 2 managers and make the rest agents. Managers handle setup, testing, and monitoring. Agents focus on guest conversations.

You can always promote agents to managers later. Go to Settings > Team Members in the portal and toggle the role.
